Meal prep, without the Sunday afternoon
Most people in Dallas who cook ahead lose a full afternoon to it: the grocery run, the sheet pans, the containers, the cleanup. Organic meal prep delivery replaces that block of time with a delivery window. You choose meals from the weekly menu, we cook them from scratch the morning of delivery, and they arrive chilled and labeled with the day they were cooked.
Meals keep five to six days in the refrigerator, which is the practical definition of a week of food. Most entrées also freeze well for up to two months. Salads, juices and anything with fresh greens are best eaten within the week.
What a week actually includes
A typical box mixes breakfast, dinners and something to fill the gaps. From the current menu that looks like sourdough breakfast sandwiches on a homemade English muffin with pasture-raised egg and grass-fed cheddar, lemon chicken meatball orzo, cherry tomato rigatoni, a street taco plate with bone broth rice, a Caesar salad with sourdough croutons, and a sourdough loaf or a quart of cold-pressed green juice as an add-on.

The menu rotates because the produce does
We do not run a fixed catalogue. The menu changes every week around whatever organic produce and proteins come in that week, which is why the weekly menu page is the real source of truth rather than a static list of dishes. If a dish you liked is not on this week's card, ask — most things come back on rotation.
Everything is cooked in small batches by hand. No production line, no reheating something that was made three days earlier in another city.
How ordering and delivery work in Dallas
Orders close Sunday at 8pm for the following week. Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Prosper and Richardson receive Sunday and Wednesday deliveries. Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving and Southlake receive Monday and Thursday deliveries.
Allergies, portion changes and dietary preferences go in the order notes and the kitchen adjusts wherever the recipe allows.
