How should my initials be ordered?
For a traditional three-letter monogram, the last-name initial goes in the center and is largest, with the first-name initial on the left and middle-name initial on the right. Block monograms read straight across in first-middle-last order.
How long does a monogrammed order take?
Every piece is made-to-order and hand-finished. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time your monogram layout is confirmed by email, which typically happens within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Which fonts and thread colors can I choose?
Choose from Script, Block, Diamond, Vine and Interlocking styles, in navy, powder blue, ivory, blush, sage or black thread. You can preview your initials in each style on any product page.
How do I care for a monogrammed item?
Wash monogrammed linens and aprons cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Coated canvas totes and pouches should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Can you monogram something I already own?
Yes — we take custom monogramming requests on customer-owned items whenever the fabric allows. Send us the details and a photo and we'll confirm whether it's a good fit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Add a note with your order and we'll wrap the piece with a handwritten card at no extra cost.
